We only work with reliable proven freight and forwarding and shipping companies around the world. We negotiate competitive freight charges and handle all exports and all imports and duty clearance in our domestic market.

 

3) Marketing  Our goal is to expand your marketing activities for numerous products worldwide. We will work with large or small companies depending on the potential of the market prospects for the future. Whether it's a new product, a new country, or both, we know how to put you in any marketplace in the shortest time at the lowest cost.

 

4) Distribution  In connection with our role as trade intermediaries, procurement organization, exporter and importers, the ST-Mark organization provides access to major distribution networks, both internationally and domestically. We also can offer our own warehouse-facilities and can offer our facilities as your own distribution center for Singapore or other Asian countries.

Once our FOB quotation is accepted and a firm order is placed, we will assist you on your CIF shipping arrangement and negotiate on your behalf competitive CIF quotations from qualified shippers. 
 

If you wish to act as our commission agent without taking title to the products, we would be willing to work with you on a commission add on basis to protect your efforts and involvement in such transactions. Simply add your desired commission to our net price offer. After your have successfully sold or concluded a bona fide transaction, we will pay the amount due to you upon receipt of payment of our invoices. 
 

Our payment terms for first time customers are either cash in advance or by irrevocable, prime bank confirmed and transferable Letter of Credit payable 100% at sight at our bank counters upon presentation of shipping documents. 
 

Small samples are provided free-of-charge, larger sampling at actual costs. All sample shipments will be dispatched "freight collect" payable by the recipient. 
 

We shall submit our - offer to you within a few days after we receive and identify your specific requirements.
